Finished and standing: you can view it, move in or let it straight away, and the price reflects what is there today.

Off-plan

Bought from a developer before completion and usually paid in stages as building progresses. We look closely at the developer, the payment plan and the handover terms before you commit.

How a purchase works

Every purchase is different, but the order rarely is. This is what happens, and who does what.

  1. Brief

    We start with what the property is for: a home, a second home or an investment, your budget, and the areas that suit it.

  2. Shortlist and viewings

    A short list, not a long one. We view with you, or for you on video, and say plainly what we would and would not buy.

  3. Offer and checks

    We negotiate the price, agree terms in a memorandum of understanding and check title, service charges and any developer conditions.

  4. Transfer

    We prepare the documents and payments and attend the transfer at a Dubai Land Department trustee office with you or your representative.

  5. Handover and after

    Keys, utilities and a snagging check, then letting or looking after the property if you would like us to.
